The West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU) aimed to enhance their capacity in survey design and implementation using Survey Solutions, a CAPI software they frequently use for their projects.
rowsquared delivered a tailored, in-person training program adapted to the participants’ varying experience levels with general survey design and implementation, CAPI software, and Survey Solutions specifically.
The curriculum covered all aspects of Survey Solutions, emphasizing questionnaire design, server setup on Azure, and user role configuration.
The training took a hands-on approach, incorporating numerous exercises based on real-world scenarios provided by the participants. This ensured that the skills learned were immediately applicable to WAEMU’s projects.
To maximize accessibility and comprehension, the entire training was conducted in French—the primary language of the participants.
