The Compete Caribbean Partnership Facility (CCPF) is a private sector development program that delivers innovative solutions to stimulate economic growth, increase productivity, foster innovation and competitiveness, and promote economic inclusion.
With projects in 13 Caribbean countries, CCPF aimed to enhance their existing M&E systems by developing a comprehensive online M&E tool.
rowsquared contributed to the revision of CCPF’s results framework and indicator construction, providing extensive feedback and recommendations.
We analyzed all components of their M&E system—from data collection to result reporting—and identified user needs at every level through stakeholder consultations.
Based on these insights, we developed a customized M&E online tool tailored to CCPF’s specific requirements.
This tool offers features to update the results framework, set targets, provide data entry forms, facilitate review and approval processes, and display a dynamic dashboard. It also generates customized report exports to meet CCPF’s reporting needs.
To ensure effective adoption, rowsquared created a comprehensive set of video tutorials documenting the tool’s functionality and trained users at all levels.
The M&E online tool has been successfully used throughout CCPF, with follow-up contracts expanding its functionality, demonstrating its ongoing value and impact.
