To address the lack of evidence on financing for food systems, the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), the World Bank, and the UN Food Systems Coordination Hub initiated a project to track Financial Flows to Food Systems (3FS).
rowsquared was contracted to develop a website that visualizes data on financial flows to food systems and makes the 3FS outputs accessible to stakeholders.
Our team crafted an interactive design allowing 3FS to present a clear narrative of financial flows at both country and global levels, while enabling interested users to explore the data in greater depth.
We produced dynamic charts and metric cards and incorporated them into a professionally designed website that also includes sections for downloads, methodology, and updates.
Following the hub’s guidelines, we developed a cohesive visual identity, including custom icons for the five components tracked by 3FS.
To facilitate the expansion of 3FS to more countries, we developed a generic Excel template that enables users to easily generate 3FS charts from standardized data format.
