Clémentine has more than 10 years of experience in research in economics, including more than 5 years in policy evaluation and multiple field experience.
As a Monitoring and Impact Evaluation specialist, she has led several impact evaluations, using both experimental and non-experimental methods. This includes the design of methodologies and surveys, the management of quantitative and qualitative data collection, data analysis, reporting and dissemination.
She has long-lasting experience in teaching and capacity-building in monitoring and evaluation methods, advising government officials and program managers in enhancing their monitoring systems and evidence-based decision-making.
She is based in Leipzig, Germany, and speaks fluent French and English, with conversational German.
