Andreas is a data enthusiast with over 10 years of experience in international development. As a survey expert, he regularly works with national statistical offices and international organizations to advise and train on the design, implementation and quality assurance of surveys. As a data strategist, he designs data processes and tools, and enjoys bringing data to life in interactive visualisations.

Andreas holds an MSc in Development Economics from the University of Oxford and a BA in Development Studies from the University of East Anglia.

He lives in Barcelona and speaks fluent English, German and Spanish and some French and Catalan.
